#22 Xavier Malisse

I use to go to the US Open every year when I lived on the east coast. You could always around the grounds and going to the side courts for matches. I got to meet a lot of the players this way as well. Nothing could have prepared me for meeting Xavier Malisse. I was watching his match and sitting next to this woman who was cheering him on as well. We got to talking and she asked if I was a fan. Of course I said yes. We chatted throughout the match, I told her I enjoyed watching him play and how good-looking I thought he was too! After the match was over, we were sitting right behind the players he came over to sign some autographs she said something and he turned to me to say thank you. I must have looked confused, he explained to me that his mother had told him that I was a big fan of his tennis and that I thought he was good looking as well! I almost died! I know how red I was because when I saw some people from my group they what was going on! I got an autograph and hug but I really great story as well. Still one of my favorite US Open memories!
